Preferred Customer Program

TJ’s understands the importance of protecting your investment.  You want your heating and cooling system to operate at its highest efficiency, saving you money in fuel and operating costs.  That is why we strongly suggest performing regular annual service on both your heating and cooling equipment.  TJ’s offers our preferred customers a 15% discount on regularly scheduled annual service.  Preferred customers are eligible for the discount after the first initial service.  If TJ’s installed your system, the discount is available immediately.

Annual Services Available

• Oil Boiler Service (We service both conventional and deluxe heating systems: including Viessmann, Buderus, Lochinvar, Rheem, Tappan, and Laars)
• Gas Boiler Service (We service both conventional and deluxe heating systems: including Viessmann, Buderus, Lochinvar, Rheem, Tappan, and Laars)
• A/C Service
• Water Filtration Service

If you have a deluxe boiler (e.g. Viessmann, Buderus), you should have a qualified professional service your system to ensure all components are in proper working order.  We understand these boilers inside and out.  Check our credentials.  We are certified installers and service technicians for a multitude of boilers.

Note:  Preferred Customer discounts are offered for annual residential service only!
