This radiant system was designed to attain the highest personal comfort and for the most efficient operation to enhance fuel conservation.This 9,000 square foot custom home is our feature project. Thishome boasts a custom whirlpool area and a large quantity of Stadler Climate panels and Pextron tubing.The master bath has a whirlpool with a large window over it so we decided to encompass the walls around the tub with radiant panels. You can imagine the warmth and comfort just by looking at it.

The entire first and second floor are heated by Stadler Climate panels. The basement area is heated by hydronic baseboard .The garage has a hydro coil unit with a line voltage thermostat so we constant circulation wouls be easily achievable. The boiler chosen for this project was a Viessmann VB263 with a 92 gallon Horicell indirect hot water tank. The system is controlled by a Vitotronik 300. It is operated by two mixing stations, one high temperature circuit, one indirect hot water tank, domestic hot water recirculation, and has connections so we can connect with the alarm company in case of any system failure. The burner is a Riello oil fired burner with two 375 gallon tanks.

The basement and boiler room on all of our radiant projects have the highest quality materials and picture perfect installation, as you can see from the photos. All of our piping is hung and supported with Unistrut hangers & supports.
