The Cutrell Residence - Mendon, Ma.

This project to date is the ultimate log cabin nestled in the woods on an old country road. Mr. Cutrell wanted to achieve the highest comfort level, so he called on TJ's Plumbing and Heating Inc. to design a radiant system to suit his needs.

We installed Stadler tubing on the first floor and poured concrete on top. The complete first floor was tiled with the exception of the master bedroom.

The basement was also heated with Stadler tubing. The second floor was heated with hydronic baseboard. The boiler we chose for this project was a Viessmann VBC50 with trimatik control for the ultimate heating plant. We also added a 250,000 BTU heat exchanger for off season pool heating.

Most recently we completed an in-law apartment over the garage with radiant heat. This home also has a custom steam shower with body sprays and super shower head as well as a radiant heated floor.

TJ's Radiant Floor Heat Plumbing and Snow Melting is capable of handling large projects in commercial boilers, chillers, gas piping, radiator servicing and residential electric heat. We offer services in the commercial and residential sectors in snow melt and can handle large and small construction project.
