This 12,000 square foot home features a geothermal system with Bosch compressors and Trane Hyperion air handlers.  Backup heat is provided by a Viessmann Vitodens gas-fired condensing boiler.  Domestic hot water is provided by Lochinvar Squire indirect hot water heaters.  An Arzel Air Boss zoning system separates the 9 zones in the home.

Radiant heat in the basement and two garages is a slab-on-grade application using ViegaPEX barrier tubing, with Crete-Heat insulation.  Radiant heat on the first floor is a Viega Climate Panel application. The driveway will be heated with snowmelt using ViegaPEX barrier tubing and the Viega Rapid Grid System, with Crete-Heat insulation below the snowmelt tubing.

Aprilaire steam humidifiers are installed for moisture control.

Fantech air exchange units are installed for indoor air quality.

A Control4 system will provide full web monitoring of all thermostats.
