Geothermal and Radiant – A Perfect Combination in Wrentham, MA
TJ’s latest geothermal project is installed in combination with Viega radiant heat, Bosch heat pumps and Unico air conditioning. Arzel was chosen as the system of choice for zoning. A high-efficiency Viessmann Vitodens 200 boiler was chosen for backup heat and hot water. The geothermal wells were drilled by Skillings and Sons and include three 510-feet vertical bore close loop wells. For indoor air quality, both a Fantech heat recovery ventilator and an Aprilaire humidifier were installed. All aspects of this project combine to create a comfortable and efficient living environment for the homeowners.
