Geothermal, Radiant, HVAC, Plumbing – Wrentham, MA

This custom home in Wrentham, MA features a Geothermal / HVAC System using Florida Heat Pump package systems and split systems.  The radiant heat installation will be Viega PEX Barrier tubing in a slab-on-grade application.  Backup heat will be provided by a hydro coil from the boiler.  TJ’s will also install a Fantech heat recovery ventilation system to provide heat recovery, as well as air circulation.  TJ’s will also be completing plumbing work for the five and one-half bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, and domestic hot water.
