Unico Air Conditioning, With S.M.A.R.T Control Board – Easton, MA Residential Retrofit
TJ’s installed Unico air conditioning, with the new S.M.A.R.T. control board, in an existing home in Easton, MA. This was another retrofit application with no damage to the existing walls or ceilings.
Unico has now outdone themselves with the new green series ECM motor, saving homeowners energy and money. The new control allows a connection with a PC or MAC so we can dial the CFMs in exactly – matching the number of outlets and required CFM. The 4-ton, two-stage, 16-seer, Rheem condenser is truly a work of art! You cant even tell its running. For the majority of the cooling season, the condenser runs at 70% of its total load, saving homeowners even more money.
