Viessmann Boiler, Radiant Heat, Buderus Radiators, Plumbing – Milton, MA Residence
This project is a great example of how TJ’s is there for all of our customer’s mechanical needs.
The existing atmospheric boiler was replaced with a Viessmann Vitodens 200, gas-fired, wall-mount, condensing boiler. This will reduce fuel consumption by 30%.
We also installed Buderus flat-panel radiators with thermostatic valves. The stylish radiators offer a European look and comfort.
The custom bathroom has Kohler plumbing fixtures to match the European look and Viega Climate Panels for radiant heat, which keeps the tile warm and toasty.
