Viessmann Vitodens 200 – Belmont, MA
After completing a Manual J heat load calculation, we determined that the best boiler for this particular home would be a Viessmann Vitodens 200 condensing gas boiler with full outdoor reset control. We installed the Viessmann boiler with all new zone valves, new expansion tank, new boiler feed and an efficient Grundfos ECM motor circulator (with isolation for service). A Lochinvar Squire 60-gallon hot water heater provided domestic hot water needs.
