Viessmann Vitodens 200, HVAC System – Milton, MA
This project was a complete home remodel. TJ’s installed a new Viessmann Vitodens 200 gas-fired boiler and a Lochinvar Squire 80-gallon indirect hot water heater for domestic hot water. We also replaced the existing warm air furnace with a new Trane variable-speed air handler with ECM motor and hot water coil. We installed a 5-ton, 17 SEER two-stage Trane condenser installed for cooling. To cool the kitchen area, TJ’s installed a 1.5-ton Fujitsu mini-split a/c unit. This unit operates via remote control. For the third floor, TJ’s installed one 2-ton, 13 SEER Trane condenser and air handler with all new ductwork. We worked closely with the homeowner and manufacturer to ensure that their chosen equipment qualified for any available rebates.
